Job Description:
This role is responsible for designing and delivering a high-impact workshop on workflow redesign in the context of AI-enabled processes, partnering with senior HR Business Partners and enterprise leaders to translate complex systems thinking into practical learning experiences for manager- through SVP-level audiences.
Job Summary
Design an end-to-end learning experience focused on workflow redesign and AI integration for senior leader audiences.
Apply systems thinking to help participants identify interdependencies, bottlenecks, and workflow optimization opportunities.
Develop leader-ready content including live workflow mapping, guided reflection, assumption-challenging exercises, and peer feedback loops.
Facilitate high-impact, interactive sessions for audiences ranging from managers to SVPs, managing group dynamics and driving meaningful outcomes.
Partner with senior HR Business Partners and enterprise leaders to co-design workshop experiences blending strategic thinking and hands-on application.
Operate with a rapid iteration mindset, moving through prototype, test, feedback, and refinement cycles efficiently.
Translate complex AI-infused process concepts into accessible, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.
Minimum Requirements:
8-12 years of experience as a senior instructional designer and facilitator.
Exceptional facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-energy, interactive sessions and drive outcomes.
Strong grounding in systems thinking and the ability to map interdependencies across teams and functions.
Comfort operating in ambiguity with a highly agile, resourceful, and self-directed approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record of designing and delivering engaging workshops specifically for senior leader audiences.
Ability to help leaders visualize and redesign workflows across teams and functions.
Proficiency in Visio or similar tools for process mapping and workflow visualization.
Experience working with AI applications in business process contexts.
