About the Role
As a Senior NetworX Product Consultant, you will make an impact by helping healthcare payer organizations optimize provider reimbursement strategies through the design, configuration, and implementation of TriZetto NetworX solutions. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Platform Consulting team and work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and support critical business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare consulting professional with deep NetworX expertise who enjoys solving complex business challenges, partnering with clients, and delivering impactful healthcare technology solutions.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead requirements gathering and design workshops to develop NetworX solutions that align with client business objectives.
  • Configure and optimize NetworX applications, including pricing, grouping, reimbursement methodologies, and integration points with Facets provider agreements.
  • Analyze provider contracts, fee schedules, and reimbursement models to translate business requirements into effective configuration solutions.
  • Enhance and maintain configuration business rules while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on NetworX functionality, best practices, and solution design across healthcare payer environments.
  • Collaborate with business, operational, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop documentation, recommendations, and knowledge transfer materials that support client success and long-term adoption.
  • Partner with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions while effectively communicating risks, issues, and alternative approaches.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
  • 10+ years of healthcare industry experience, including at least 5 years of recent hands-on experience with TriZetto NetworX.
  • Strong expertise in NetworX pricing, grouping, reimbursement methodologies, and provider contract configuration.
  • Experience conducting requirements discovery sessions and leading design workshops for healthcare payer organizations.
  • Deep understanding of NetworX integration points with Facets Provider Agreements and related payer systems.
  • Proven ability to interpret provider contracts, fee schedules, and reimbursement requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and technical challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in consulting, implementation, or client-facing delivery environments.

These Will Help You Stand Out
  • Advanced knowledge of NetworX data structures, automation techniques, and configuration best practices.
  • Experience supporting Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare payer products.
  • Familiarity with healthcare claims adjudication, reimbursement, and provider contracting processes.
  • Experience working within distributed onshore/offshore delivery models.
  • Strong documentation, training, and knowledge transfer experience.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic consulting recommendations.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $152,000 - $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
