Location: Remote- Eligible US Locations
About the role and about You:
Zwift is a lean, global operation with about 300 people spread across four continents, most people working remotely. It is a cloud-first company, with hundreds of SaaS applications to manage, along with offices in California, Brazil, and the UK. IT plays a critical role in supporting the mission of the company and protecting the company's systems, data, staff and employees. You are an energetic, meticulous, experienced IT leader. You rose to your leadership position by first becoming a master of your craft technically. You will be managing a team of five professionals. You can mentor, recruit, provide oversight and roll up your sleeves and get involved technically when you need to.
What you'll do:
  • Define IT strategy in collaboration with company leadership
  • Manage a small, remote team
  • Manage contractors as needed
  • Be responsible for managing and operating all corporate IT assets
  • Manage IT Help Desk
  • Participate in PCI DSS compliance effort
  • Partner with InfoSec to secure Zwift's corporate IT assets
  • Manage IT budget in collaboration with with Director of Procurement

What we're looking for:
  • Experience supporting a remote workforce in a cloud-first environment
  • Experience managing small remote teams and help desks
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT, with 3-5 years in formal leadership roles
  • Experience administering and operating:
    • Ticketing systems
    • Identity Providers
    • Inventory management systems
    • Google Workspace
    • Mobile Device Management solutions
    • Endpoint Detection and Response solutions
    • Windows Domains
    • Windows, MacOS, and Linux workstations and servers
    • Office Networks
  • Experience with running Patch Management programs
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets and vendors

Bonus points:
  • Experience with PCI DSS compliance
  • AWS experience

For All US Based Full-Time Positions:
The base salary for this position ranges between 122,500.00 - 195,000.00 USD. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, Zwift is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for all eligible employees which also includes performance bonuses, equity, and a full range of medical, financial, and other perks and benefits.
