Job Summary / Primary Purpose 

This is an adjunct position and will work less than 20 hours per week. This position will assist  Region 13 leaders ensure success of their key Technology Portfolio by providing consulting services in 3 areas: product management, program management and change management.

Required Qualifications 

  • Masters Degree
  • Experience in self-directed work
  • Experience in budget oversight 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Doctorate Degree 

Major Responsibilities 

  • Serve as a representative of ESC Region 13, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the educational community and with the public.
  • Product Management: Help with product strategy and structured, human centered product management mechanisms for R13 to create and deploy products that district users, students and parents love.
  • Program Management: Help establish and run operational structures for their Technology portfolio that follow project management principles focused on executing to R13's product and program vision.
  • Change Management: Help with stakeholder engagement and influence to ensure sponsorship and advocacy of R13 technology, which includes creation of tailored decks and communications following standard change management protocols (such as Stakeholder Analysis).
  • Deliverables associated with these work efforts will be jointly agreed with Region 13 on a proactive, regular cadence, but especially at the beginning of the project.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
