About the Role
Carports Anywhere located in Starke, FL is seeking a skilled and reliable Remote IT Support Specialist to provide on-demand technical support for our team. This position requires availability for a few hours a week, as needed, to address technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities
  • Provide remote IT support for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and applications.
  • Assist with setup and configuration of user devices and accounts.
  • Ensure data security and resolve any related concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve IT needs.
