Work EnvironmentRemote, administrative and customer support rolesRemote, client-facing sales and consultation
Industry UsageInsurance providers, health and auto insurance sectorsInsurance companies, brokerage firms
Common Search IntentUnderstanding pip insurance coverage and rolesFinding insurance agents for policy purchase or consultation

Remote Pip Insurance involves roles focused on managing pip insurance policies, requiring specific insurance credentials. Remote Insurance Agents primarily sell or advise on various insurance products, including pip insurance, but often involve direct client interaction. While both roles operate remotely within the insurance industry, their core functions differ: one is policy management, the other sales and client service.

What are some unique challenges faced by professionals working in remote PIP insurance roles?

Remote PIP insurance professionals often face the challenge of managing complex claims and client communications without the benefit of in-person collaboration. Staying organized and maintaining timely documentation is crucial, as cases can involve multiple medical providers and legal considerations. Building strong relationships with claimants and colleagues through digital channels is essential for effective teamwork and customer service. Additionally, remote workers must be proactive in staying updated on state regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a remote PIP insurance claims adjuster?

To thrive as a Remote PIP (Personal Injury Protection) Insurance Claims Adjuster, you need a solid understanding of insurance policies, claims processing, and relevant state regulations, often supported by prior experience or an insurance adjuster license. Familiarity with claims management software, digital documentation tools, and sometimes industry certifications like AIC (Associate in Claims) is typically required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, empathy, and effective communication are vital soft skills for evaluating claims and assisting policyholders remotely. These abilities are essential for efficiently processing claims, ensuring compliance, and delivering a positive customer experience in a remote work environment.

What are remote PIP insurance jobs?

Remote PIP insurance jobs involve working for a company that provides Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance, but performing your duties from a remote location, such as your home. These roles can include claims adjusters, customer service representatives, underwriters, or case managers who handle PIP claims, which cover medical expenses and lost wages after an auto accident. Remote PIP insurance professionals use digital tools and communication platforms to assess claims, interact with clients, and manage documentation, all without needing to be in a physical office. This setup allows greater flexibility and can often lead to improved work-life balance for employees.

Job description

Menopause Non-Medical Prescriber

We are building the future of menopause care. As a global health platform supporting over 1 million members, we are on a mission to prove that access to high-quality, personalised menopause care should be a right, not a privilege. We are growing one of the UK's most academically credible and diverse menopause teams. By joining us, you'll be collaborating with and learning from BMS Advanced Specialists and Trainers and leading specialists in neurodivergence, breast cancer, histamine intolerance, sexology, and lifestyle medicine. We look for forward-thinking clinicians who want to step away from clunky admin and into a tech-forward, data-informed care model that allows you to do what you do best: care for patients. Plus, we've just launched the Voy Menopause Academy to heavily invest in our clinicians' continuous CPD, formal mentorship, and advanced training.

We're looking for a talented and passionate Menopause Non-Medical Prescriber to join our growing clinical team on a full-time basis.

The Role

You will provide high-quality menopause care through both synchronous (video) consultations, supporting patients remotely while maintaining the same warmth and continuity as in-person care.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), British Menopause Society (BMS), and other relevant clinical guidance.
  • Assessing patients and developing individualised treatment plans, including prescribing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Testosterone (where appropriate), supplements, and adjunct therapies.
  • Providing holistic menopause care via asynchronous messaging and video consultations.
  • Supporting continuity of care, enabling long-term management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms.
  • Collaborating within a highly diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
  • Maintaining comprehensive, concise, and safe electronic health records (EHR).

*Part time (strict minimum of 30 hours per week) may be considered for exceptional candidates.

What We're Looking For
  • Registered Nurse Prescriber (NMC with active PIN / V300), or Pharmacist Prescriber (GPhC / PIP).
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in women's health.
  • Demonstrable expertise in perimenopause and menopause care, including experience prescribing testosterone (essential).
  • Additional menopause qualifications (e.g. BMS certification) are essential.
What We Need From You
  • A warm, empathetic communicator who ensures patients feel heard, supported, and respected.
  • Ability to translate clinical knowledge clearly and compassionately for patients.
  • Confident delivering care in a digital/remote setting (video and asynchronous consultations) and excited by a data-informed care model that cuts out administrative bloat.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Comfortable working across clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about improving menopause care.
  • Participation in clinical MDT meetings, clinical audits, and cross-specialty case reviews.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
  • No conflicts of interest.
What We Offer
  • Continuous Growth: CPD, training, and mentorship in a rapidly evolving service led by talented clinicians.
  • Equity: Share options in one of Europe's fastest-growing digital health scale-ups.
  • Health & Wellness: Private medical insurance, plus a comprehensive gym & wellness benefit via Wellhub.
  • Flexibility of remote working.
  • Time Off: 25 days of annual leave, generous parental leave, and flexible working policies.
  • Connection: Regular team events
