• Conduct thorough assessments by performing intake sessions, and creating Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments to evaluate client needs—this foundational step allows for accurate treatment planning.
• Formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards to ensure best practice in diagnosis and treatment.
• Offer cognitive-behavioral therapy and other therapeutic modalities to clients, addressing their specific mental health challenges, whether individually, in families, or within group therapy settings.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations by assessing the urgency and severity of clients' needs, providing immediate support and connecting them with appropriate services as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.
• Provide training and educational workshops for team members and community partners on relevant clinical topics, enhancing the overall skill set of the organization.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records, ensuring that client information is correctly managed while minimizing administrative burdens through efficient processes.
• Conduct clinical supervision for Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering a supportive learning environment.

This role focuses primarily on working with mothers and underserved communities, understanding their unique challenges and dynamics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sensitivity to the socioeconomic factors that influence mental health, and possess the skills to provide effective, inclusive support to diverse client backgrounds.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon, allowing you to practice as a mental health professional.
• Proficient skills in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Windows applications to streamline therapy documentation and communication.
• Exceptional email communication skills and the ability to manage a high caseload efficiently in a remote setting.

• Experience in evidence-based practices, notably cognitive behavioral therapy, is highly valued.
• Proven track record of managing a substantial client load while interfacing with larger healthcare networks.
• Familiarity with co-occurring disorders related to mental health and substance use will enhance client care.
