• Manage and maintain a caseload of clients, developing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions to assess clients' progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, ensuring that clients receive the ongoing support necessary for effective treatment.
• Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices to enhance their experience.
• Document treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and contributing to the quality of care provided.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients, facilitating accurate diagnosis and tailoring treatment plans appropriately.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and guidance, thereby enhancing clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and continuity of services for clients.

At Three Rivers, we serve a diverse outpatient clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders, providing them with tailored therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience within an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using various computer systems such as Excel, RMS systems, and telehealth platforms, as well as familiarity with Outlook and Pimsy software.
• Experience in providing direct therapy services, demonstrating the ability to connect with individuals and families effectively.
• Comfort and skill in conducting intake assessments and managing follow-up sessions.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery is preferred, along with familiarity with remote counseling techniques.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary teams that emphasizes collaborative care.
• Understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and how to apply them effectively within clinical practice.

Our compensation model rewards your expertise and dedication, with a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year. Beneficially, the clinic operates on a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring financial stability without the wait for reimbursement.
