Job description

The Role: 
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a project-based assignment to design and deliver healthcare integration solutions for one of Tech Holding's enterprise clients. This is a hands-on senior engineering role focused on connecting patient intake and referral workflows, call center platforms, AI-enabled services, and electronic medical record systems into cohesive, scalable solutions. You will operate in a problem-solving environment where requirements evolve, integrations span multiple systems, and engineering decisions directly impact patient access and clinical workflows. This role blends technical ownership with close collaboration across product, clinical, and operational teams, helping modernize healthcare processes while maintaining reliability, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and build integration solutions that connect online patient intake, referral funnels, call center systems, and downstream clinical platforms
  • Develop and consume APIs to enable data flow across healthcare applications and services
  • Integrate external systems and services into EMR platforms, including Cerner or similar systems
  • Partner with product, clinical, and operational stakeholders to translate workflows into technical solutions
  • Support innovation initiatives involving AI-driven services, automation, and modern healthcare tooling
  • Ensure solutions meet healthcare security, privacy, and compliance expectations
  • Contribute to system design and architectural decisions while remaining hands-on in delivery
  • Operate comfortably in environments with evolving requirements and loosely defined problem spaces

Required Skills:
