• Engage directly with clients to establish and achieve personalized treatment goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Conduct prevention-oriented therapy sessions, focusing on proactive assessment and intervention strategies.

• A current and valid license in the state of Oregon as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is mandatory, with advanced degrees preferred.

• Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven leadership skills that contribute to a positive team dynamic.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Experience working with outpatient therapy settings and familiarity with effective treatment methodologies.
• A background in providing support to diverse populations and understanding cultural competencies in therapy.
