Now Hiring: Deposit Operations Advanced Specialist

We're looking for a Deposit Operations Advanced Specialist who will keep the engine of our deposit operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you will support daily transaction processing-including ACH, wires, RDC, card activity, and NSF/non-post items-while contributing to an exciting system conversion. You will collaborate with a seasoned operations team, bring structure and accuracy to fast-moving workflows, and play a critical role in delivering reliable, customer-centered banking experiences.

What You'll Contribute:

Deposit Operations Execution

  • Process ACH, RDC, wires, card transactions, corrections, NSF and non-post items accurately and on time.
  • Review, investigate, and resolve exceptions while ensuring timely and accurate transaction posting.
  • Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide backup support for Treasury Management setup, customer training, and customer support, including ACH, Positive Pay, Wire, RDC, and Lockbox.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Maintain thorough documentation and audit readiness across assigned operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with teammates and internal partners to support consistent, customer-centered service quality.
  • Bring structure, accuracy, and follow-through to fast-moving operational priorities.

Systems & Conversion Support

  • Operate on Jack Henry SilverLake core and support post-conversion stabilization.
  • Learn and adopt new Jack Henry product modules swiftly.
  • Help identify, communicate, and resolve conversion-related issues.

The Work Environment:

  • Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
