Schedule: Full time

Salary: $72,283.20 - $100,759.30 per year

What You Will Do
  • Lead the collection, validation and clinical quality review of patient-level data for national clinical quality initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, consultation and best practice education to team members on the design and maintenance of registry and clinical databases in accordance to regulatory requirements.
  • Abstract relevant data associated with assigned projects. Audit to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information collected and entered into the data collection system for their assigned projects.
  • Proactively identify potential problems affecting the data collection process on assigned projects and coordinate follow-up of problem resolution.
  • Prepare, present and interpret clinical quality data reports with clinical and leadership teams on quality improvement projects.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
  • Cardiogenic shock registry experience.
  • Experience working with Epic, Meditech, and/or Cerner.
  • Relevant and current abstraction experience preferred.
