You will have the support of dedicated professionals across medical, psychiatric, and allied health disciplines, all working in concert to ensure holistic care for our clients. Your role is critical in orchestrating treatment plans and communications, fostering collaboration across varied specialties.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing mental health assessments for clients presenting with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring all care aligns with best practices and legal standards.
• Execute crisis intervention strategies, utilizing your skills to stabilize situations effectively and compassionately.
• Engage in case management, which includes triaging mental health concerns, facilitating referrals, and maintaining clear communication with other care providers and external agencies.
• Document all clinical interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in client records meticulously, adhering to established medical and legal documentation standards.
• Provide individual, couple, and group therapeutic sessions, adapting evidence-based techniques to meet the varied needs of different client demographics.
• Regularly consult with colleagues to review treatment plans and refine approaches based on client progress and feedback.
• Stay current on developments in mental health practices and participate in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills.

Your work will directly impact a diverse array of clients seeking mental health support, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will encounter individuals experiencing a spectrum of conditions, from general life stress to severe mental health disorders. • A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
• An independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) valid in your state of residence, demonstrating your qualifications and professional standing.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling with an ability to assess and intervene strategically in crisis situations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective patient interactions and collaboration with other health professionals.

• Previous work in a remote setting, proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver services.
• Experience managing a caseload effectively while maintaining quality care and comprehensive documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress or potentially volatile environments.
• Familiarity with specific treatment methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.
