Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of change and develop change management strategies.
  • Create and deliver communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Identify and manage resistance to change, providing coaching and support to employees and leaders.
  • Design and deliver training programs to build change capability within the organization.
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in organizational change management, with a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
