Deputy Operations Manager (Remote)

Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager to support the MyNavy Career Center (MNCC). MNCC maintains manning responsibility for Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) sites providing ICA support services at several former Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center (NPPSC) Personnel Support Detachment (PSD) sites worldwide.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • In conjunction with or in the absence of the Operations Manager, lead the service delivery effort by supervising the field staff, monitoring site staffing levels and position fill, disseminating program information on ICA policies and procedures, and executing the quality control program.
  • Lead and supervise the contract workforce and serve as POC for the COR and Government QCM/SPAR when addressing and resolving day-to-day performance and quality issues. Manages contract performance and provides quality control management for all Navy DEERS/RAPIDS sites.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology or 5 years of experience.
