RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Remote Organizational Change Manager on a contract basis. The Remote Organizational Change Manager will be tasked with creating the global change management strategy, determine change impact across functions, as well as create integrated communication plan across all transformation workstreams. This role will also develop templates for consistent messaging and Establish agendas, objectives, and expected outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have 7+ years in organizational change management experience
* Must have experience supporting global system implementations
* Must have strong executive communication capabilities
* Must have experience designing training and adoption strategies
* Must be able to work cross-functionally across business and IT
* Must be able to problem solve and multi-task
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
