Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across all phases of our organization, with a primary focus on Phase 1 operations. This is a remote position focused on identifying, attracting, screening, and securing top-tier talent for specialized and high-performance roles.

The ideal candidate is an elite-level recruiter with extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, executive sourcing, research-driven hiring strategies, and building pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions. We are specifically seeking someone with experience recruiting within healthcare environments and a proven ability to identify qualified, dependable, and high-performing professionals. This role requires exceptional communication skills, independent judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
  • Develop recruiting strategies for specialized research and growth-focused roles
