We bring talented, energetic, and immediately productive professionals to meet critical customer needs in systems engineering and integration, mission operations, program management, and strategic planningโ€”helping teams deliver resilient capability to the mission with speed, quality, and focus.

  • Work with system testers, operators, and sustainers to develop transition and sustainment support strategies.
  • Participate in transition planning working groups and related coordination forums.

  • Support stakeholder engagement, project management, and communications activities.
  • Collaborate with government clients, FFRDCs, and industry teammates to achieve program goals.
  • Contribute to development phasing, requirements development, analysis, testing, and integration activities.
  • Develop written artifacts supporting space operations and transition planning.
  • Work independently in a dynamic environment while contributing to the DoD mission.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with large-scale USSF space mission and systems engineering and integration on national security space programs.
  • 4+ years of experience developing system transition and sustainment plans.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, project management, and communications.
  • Knowledge of system engineering management and processes, including development phasing, lifecycle integration, requirements development, analysis, testing, and integration.
  • Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, FFRDCs, and industry teammates.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and contribute to the DoD mission.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science field.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with DoD and Space Force system testers, operators, and sustainers.
  • Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based remote sensing systems.
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering.
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 or DoD 5000.02.
  • Knowledge of DoD systems engineering principles and policies.
  • Ability to develop written artifacts supporting space operations.
  • Masterโ€™s degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science field.
  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification.

Clearance & Additional Requirements
