Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide remote operational and administrative assistance to internal teams. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative functions, maintain documentation, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient office operations in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and cross-functional teams
  • Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
