Job Description
Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly analytical, customerfocused professional to support sales execution, forecasting, and business operations. This role partners crossfunctionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to deliver insights, improve processes, and enable strong customer performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced, matrixed environment and excels at turning data into action.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Provide pipeline and forecast management, reporting, and analytics to deliver insights into account performance and S&OE forecasts
  • Support and actively participate in customer CPFR processes and meetings
  • Gather, develop, and analyze information from multiple teams and build efficient processes and reports to support the business
  • Schedule, structure, and develop presentations for executive and management reviews (e.g., QBRs, SLT reviews, Holiday reviews)
  • Partner closely with the Finance team to create performance dashboards, KPIs, and support account planning activities
  • Coordinate with Bose colleagues to ensure timely and accurate sellthru reporting
  • Work crossfunctionally to address customer needs, including terms and conditions, ensuring effective and timely resolution
  • Manage process improvement initiatives and other sales operations-related projects
  • Ensure all Bose and customer requirements are current and maintained, including BDF status, order status, shipments, invoicing, credit limits, and related operational data
  • Manage projects in a virtual environment involving multiple crossfunctional teams
  • Perform other duties deemed necessary to support Bose's business operations

  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations and business decisions
  • Proven experience influencing outcomes and driving results without direct authority over resources or people
