Primary Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis - Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify gaps, and translate needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Epic Project Support - Participate in Epic-related projects, upgrades, and optimization efforts by documenting requirements, validating functionality, and supporting testing activities
  • Workflow Documentation - Create detailed process maps, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support development and configuration work
  • Testing & Validation - Develop test plans, execute testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Issue Triage & Troubleshooting - Assist in identifying root causes of system or workflow issues and collaborate with Epic analysts to resolve them
  • Stakeholder Communication - Serve as a liaison between end users, Epic analysts, project managers, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Change Management Support - Contribute to training materials, communication plans, and golive readiness activities
  • Data & Reporting Support - Work with reporting teams to define data needs and validate report outputs
  • Continuous Improvement - Recommend enhancements to workflows, processes, and system usage to improve efficiency and user satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical workflows, or health IT
  • 2 years of familiarity with Epic modules or healthcare EHR systems (Epic build experience is a plus but not required)
  • 2 years of experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, etc.)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
