Join us as we harness cutting-edge technologies and unlock opportunities on a global scale. Together, let's sail towards a brighter, more sustainable future with Maersk.

What We Can Offer

At Maersk, we're committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, heard, and able to be themselves. Our team members come from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we value the unique strengths each person contributes.

  • Lead customer strategic initiatives, special projects, and the integration of new business opportunities to support long-term growth and partnership success.

  • Act as a strategic supply chain consultant, identifying opportunities to improve customer performance and recommending integrated logistics solutions that create measurable business value.

  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in partnership with customers and Program Management teams.

  • Drive the expansion of Maersk's integrated logistics portfolio by identifying opportunities across Ocean, Air, Customs, Warehousing, Domestic Transportation, Supply Chain Management and Value-Added Services.

  • Monitor account profitability, support contract renewals, and contribute to the sustainable growth of strategic customer relationships.

  • Lead through influence across Program Management, Operations, Customer Service, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver successful customer outcomes in a matrix organization.

  • Resolve complex customer challenges, manage escalations, and coordinate resources across the organization to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts while maintaining flexibility to support additional customers and commercial initiatives as business needs evolve.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Industry certifications such as CIFFA or CITT are considered an advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain management, shipping, or related industries.

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing strategic customer relationships in a complex, solution-oriented environment.

  • Understanding of FMCG supply chains and customer environments is highly valued, particularly within food & beverage, personal care, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical sectors.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
