Customer Service Associate Representative - Healthcare (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote (EST Hours) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (flexible shifts) Pay: Competitive hourly rate

Job Summary: We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our Preventive Care program. You'll make 50-80 calls daily to health plan members, educating them on cancer screenings and wellness visits, scheduling appointments, and providing concierge-level support.

What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from members and physician offices
  • Educate members on preventive care: mammograms, cervical cancer screenings, colonoscopies, annual wellness visits
  • Schedule appointments and confirm procedures were completed
  • Research cases, coordinate with providers, and track metrics
  • Use multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Handle sensitive health information with empathy and professionalism

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years call center experience (outbound/dialer experience preferred)
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Typing speed: 30+ WPM
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web conferencing tools
  • Available to work any shift between 8 AM–8 PM EST, Monday–Friday
  • Hard-wired internet (minimum 5 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download) — WiFi only does not qualify
  • Comfortable making high-volume calls and multitasking across multiple screens

Preferred:

  • Healthcare, insurance, or managed care experience
  • Telephonic sales or appointment scheduling background
  • Preventive care or wellness program knowledge
