Job Summary:

Assist the Event Specialist with the success of an Access Live event by speaking with live participants and transcribing their questions, and capturing information as requested for the client. Support Access Live Answer events as a live Lobby Greeter by reading a script provided by the client during the outbound dial. After ninety days of employment and strong performance, you may be eligible to cross train in other areas as needed.

Ideal Candidate:


Due to the fluid nature of Access Live events, the ideal candidate is flexible with afternoon & evening availability. This candidate is also comfortable with limited hours but open to expanding based on event volume and business needs.

Ideal candidate will have;

  • At least one year of previous customer service experience
  • Punctual and detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service, telephone, and computer skills
  • Strong typing skills with accurate grammar and spelling
  • The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

  • Salary Range: $20-$24/hour
  • Status: Part time non-exempt
  • Location: remote, must have reliable Wi-Fi, computer and phone with good service
  • Reports to: Operations Manager
  • Benefits include Part-time employees accrue sick leave and are eligible for the 401k program if they reach 1,000 hours in a plan year
