    The ideal candidate will combine deep functional payroll expertise with practical leadership capabilities-someone who can both execute detailed work and provide structure, direction, and accountability during this transition.
    We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of ERP Workday Payroll Coordinator to support our Financial Services/Payroll department in the implementation of Workday.
    Role Overview & Expectations:
    • Provide support for payroll testing, including data validation and issue resolution during parallel testing
    • Contribute to the development of SOPs, training materials, and operational readiness documentation
    • Offer guidance on payroll best practices to help prepare the team for go-live
    • Build strong working relationships with the existing team to lead indirectly and support execution without direct authority
