We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise integration projects for our growing customer base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong software engineering background who can bridge the gap between customers, product teams, and developers.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with modern technologies (Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, Kubernetes, and enterprise integrations) along with strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise integration projects end-to-end, aligning customer requirements, technical delivery, and post-launch support.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, and stakeholders, driving cross-functional collaboration across APIs, mobile, and infrastructure.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and support architecture, API design, and integration decisions (including OpenAPI).
  • Oversee testing, release coordination, and troubleshooting across application, integration, and network layers.
  • Communicate status, risks, and escalations clearly while promoting Agile best practices and strong team collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong background in software development and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI, and integration workflows.
  • Solid understanding of networking, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; experience in Agile environments preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a TPM, Solutions Architect, Engineer, or Engineering Manager.
  • Experience managing enterprise integration or implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with IoT, wearables, or frontline workforce applications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
