Job Description โ€“ Project Manager (ITOM / ITSM / CMDB / Decommission Process)

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will lead and manage IT Infrastructure (ITO), ITSM, CMDB, and Decommission projects. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance to ensure successful execution of projects aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Lead end-to-end project delivery for ITO, ITSM, CMDB, and Decommission initiatives.

โ€ข Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

โ€ข Drive ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.

โ€ข Oversee CMDB governance, data accuracy, and configuration management processes.

โ€ข Manage infrastructure decommission activities ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

โ€ข Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Network, DB, etc.).

โ€ข Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.

โ€ข Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

โ€ข Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

โ€ข Drive continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

โ€ข 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Project Management.
