We are seeking experienced Brokerage Managers with a strong network who are excited to advance their advisors’ practice through technology and an exceptional brokerage team. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S.

The ideal Brokerage Manager is someone with...
  • Someone with 5+ years of experience as a Life Insurance Brokerage Manager at a general agency and familiar with multiple carriers. Prior experience at a carrier is fine, but your most recent experience needs to be as a Brokerage Manager with an agency.
  • An existing network of life insurance and financial advisors who view you as their "go to" person. 
  • Consistently generating a minimum of $1 million in annual life insurance premium
  • A strong understanding of life insurance case design. You don't need to be an underwriter, but you do need to understand life insurance products and what underwriters are looking for.
  • A sense of urgency and the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Amazing communication skills and is able to speak with confidence.
  • The ability to truly listen to their advisors and then share that feedback to help the company improve its product offerings.
  • A burning desire to change the life insurance industry. This is tech company, afterall, and we need team members who want to play a part in building the best life insurance distribution software/products on the market.
  • Experience with Winflex and/ or Ensight
What you'll do...
  • Outbound activities to recruit and onboard new life insurance agents and financial advisors. This includes networking, generating referrals, cold calling, etc.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all advisors you manage, focusing on achieving results.
  • Be the quarterback for your advisors - you'll be hands-on, running illustrations, helping with case design, providing guidance to advisors, aid in submitting new business, and helping close the case with the carriers.
  • Focus on higher-end cases.
  • Be an advisor to your advisors, and listen to their feedback so you can share it with the company. The technology we are building is based on feedback from experienced advisors and life insurance professionals like yourself!
OTE for this role is $110,000 - $200,000, with the opportunity to earn much more with an uncapped commission structure.
