Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Life Healing Behavioral Health Center, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples and families, addressing various issues such as communication problems, relationship dynamics, and family conflicts.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to family members, ensuring a thorough and holistic approach to treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to help clients navigate issues including grief and loss, medical concerns, job stress, and adjustments to separation or divorce.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a wide range of individuals and families, including children, adolescents, and adults facing diverse mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is necessary.

• Empathetic and nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' diverse experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseload and administrative responsibilities.
