Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify co-occurring disorders and tailored treatment needs for each client.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that are aligned with each client’s specific goals and challenges to facilitate effective recovery.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities that address addiction, trauma, and co-existing mental health issues.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients’ progress throughout their rehabilitation journey, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction counselors, to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications
