Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored support that respects each client’s unique needs, promoting recovery and reintegration into their communities.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current licensure in the state of Nevada as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • Ability to practice independently without supervision, with a clean disciplinary record.
  • Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, along with a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to client care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing direct clinical services to clients with diverse mental health concerns.

  • Skills related to symptom management, coping strategies, and development of daily living skills.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and behavior management techniques.
