The Licensed Mental Health Counselor position is designed as a full-time remote role, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine treatment needs and devise personalized, recovery-based treatment plans for clients.

Our client base primarily includes adults aged 18 and older who encounter various mental health challenges affecting their ability to maintain community stability and independence. Many clients may experience anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, or other emotional disturbances. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored support that respects each client’s unique needs, promoting recovery and reintegration into their communities.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure in the state of Nevada as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, with a clean disciplinary record.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, along with a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to client care.

• Experience in providing direct clinical services to clients with diverse mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with community health resources and the ability to educate clients about available services.
• Skills related to symptom management, coping strategies, and development of daily living skills.
• Experience in crisis intervention and behavior management techniques.
