• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, adolescents, and families to identify their unique needs and formulate appropriate intervention plans.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, to address diverse mental health issues.
• Develop and manage treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring regular adjustments based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Engage in consistent communication with interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment modalities and patient progress through documented meetings and patient rounds.
• Maintain ethical and timely documentation practices according to departmental guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide case management services that involve collaboration with hospital staff, community resources, and external professionals to facilitate comprehensive care.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at Safe Harbor Therapeutic Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. You will provide support to clients of all ages, creating individualized treatment strategies with an emphasis on empowerment and personal growth.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida is required.
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is necessary, with a preference for candidates holding a master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Experience with telehealth delivery of therapy services is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of specific therapeutic techniques such as DBT, trauma-informed care, or mindfulness practices will be considered a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
