Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, adolescents, and families to identify their unique needs and formulate appropriate intervention plans.
  • Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, to address diverse mental health issues.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring regular adjustments based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
  • Engage in consistent communication with interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment modalities and patient progress through documented meetings and patient rounds.
  • Maintain ethical and timely documentation practices according to departmental guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide case management services that involve collaboration with hospital staff, community resources, and external professionals to facilitate comprehensive care.

Qualifications
