Description
The EE US Implementation Field Worker (IFW) serves local churches by equipping believers to confidently share the Gospel through Evangelism Explosion ministry strategy and training. This position focuses on building relationships with pastors and church leaders, implementing EE training within churches, and encouraging churches toward a culture of evangelism and discipleship.
The IFW will work closely with the EE USA team to support ministry initiatives, provide training and coaching within the local church implementations, and assist churches in effectively carrying out evangelism ministry. This role requires strong communication, ministry leadership, administrative ability, and a personal commitment to the mission and vision of Evangelism Explosion International. The IFW reports to their region's Team leader(s) under the supervision of the US National Director.
The ideal candidate demonstrates spiritual maturity, professionalism, relational warmth, and a clear calling to evangelism equipping ministry. This is a support-raised missionary position requiring dependence upon God and proactive development of ministry partners and financial support.
Position Requirements
Pastoral letter of recommendation required.
Upholds a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Demonstrates a clear calling from God to serve within this ministry capacity.
Strong agreement with and commitment to the mission, vision, and ministry philosophy of Evangelism Explosion International.
Completion of at least two semesters of EE training within the local church.
Certified as an EE Teacher-Trainer through a local church ministry. Obtained through regional leadership clinics.
Ability to build and maintain healthy relationships with pastors, church leaders, volunteers, and ministry partners.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and Christlike character in ministry settings.
Self-motivated and dependable team player with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness and ability to raise and maintain personal ministry financial support.
Proficiency with basic computer applications, email communication, and virtual meeting platforms.
Willingness to travel as needed for ministry assignments, training events, and church partnerships.
Active involvement in a Bible-believing local church.
Required to attend weekly ministry updates, regional team meetings, Monthly staff meetings, and EEUSA triennial summit.
Education -
Bachelor's degree preferred in related field of ministry; ministry training and relevant ministry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
