Expected work schedule for the Champaign-Urbana Ministry Coordinator:

We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the IFI retreat.

Pay structure for a Champaign-Urbana Ministry Coordinator:

IFI provides training in order to equip Ministry Coordinators in personal fundraising. The Ministry Coordinator will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. This position is part of the Champaign-Urbana ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving.

As a Champaign Urbana Ministry Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in campus ministry to international students, fostering church relations, and coordinating volunteers. Your duties include organizing cultural activities, leading Bible discussion groups, mentoring students, establishing church partnerships, and managing volunteer recruitment and activities.

Qualifications needed from the Champaign-Urbana Ministry Coordinator, including Spiritual Characteristics

The Ministry Coordinator must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. The Ministry Coordinator must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures.
