How we work

Remote first. We're a fully-distributed company, and our interaction culture is deliberately mixed between meeting culture and written. We're writing-focused because it forces clarity of thought; and we have plenty of synchronous time to give space for collaborative ideation.

We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, military and veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
