About the Role

As a Technical Content Developer, you will design, build, and maintain engaging eLearning content for the BigID University platform. Collaborating with product, enablement, and engineering teams, you will turn complex technical concepts into high-quality videos, self-paced courses, and interactive labs.

We are looking for a self-motivated, intellectually curious creator who can leverage modern AI tools toaccelerate production and drive global adoption of BigID's technology.

What You'll Do
  • Content Creation: Design and produce new eLearning content, including videos, self-paced courses, exercise labs, and product demonstrations.
  • Content Maintenance: Regularly audit and update the existing learning library to reflect the latest product changes and upgrades.
  • Certification Management: Help maintain and evolve BigID University's certification programs to ensure rigorous, high-quality evaluation.
  • AI Optimization: Leverage generative AI tools to automate brainstorming, drafting, scripting, and course creation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all training materials meet established standards for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience: 3-5+ years developing highly technical software training content or instructional design for enterprise B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Technical Savvy: Foundational understanding of data structures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data catalogs (e.g., Databricks), or data security/privacy fundamentals (PII, GDPR).
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Evolve), LMS platforms, and digital media software (Camtasia, Synthesia).
  • AI Fluency: Proven experience integrating generative AI tools into the content development lifecycle to optimize production speed.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to easily interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education: Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience also valued).

You will stand out as a candidate if you have:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in data privacy and security domains, ideally in a hands-on role, consulting or business process implementation.
  • 2+ years content writing experience, including static slides and hands-on exercises.
  • Demonstrable experience as an eLearning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Curriculum Developer in an industry domain.

The annual base salary range is $80,000 - $90,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
