We are looking for a New Sales Representative to support our New Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, overcoming objections, and creating new business opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment. You'll play a key role by prospecting new merchants, identifying financing opportunities, and guiding customers through the funding process from initial conversation to closing.

In this role, you'll build relationships with prospective merchants, manage an active sales pipeline, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.


What You'll Do:


Proactively contact prospective small business owners through outbound calls, emails, and text communications

Build rapport with prospective merchants and identify financing opportunities

Present financing solutions and guide merchants through the sales process

Overcome objections and confidently close funding opportunities

Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize funding opportunities

Manage an active pipeline while documenting activity within CRM systems

Obtain documentation required for underwriting review and funding

Partner with Underwriting and other internal teams to facilitate timely funding decisions

Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in ongoing coaching and development

Consistently achieve funding, activity, and production goals

Required Experience:

Minimum of one year of Merchant Cash Advance experience

Proven ability to achieve production goals and performance metrics

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
