Job description

HoverTech International, a medical device company established in 1997 and a leader in Safe Patient Handling and Movement is seeking a Medical Device Sales Representative to join their team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for sales in the northern part of Ohio including Cleveland, Youngstown, Akron and Toledo. This role is roughly 90% account management and 10% new business.

***Medical Device sales experience is not required but an entrepreneurial mindset is a must have!

The ideal Medical Device Sales Representative candidate…

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 yrs. of sales experience
  • Has been through a rigorous formal sales training program
  • Has business acumen

  • Is comfortable selling in a hospital setting

HoverTech International offers:

  • Base salary 65-70K, eligible for monthly (uncapped) commission based on sales.
  • Employer paid full benefits.
  • Remote with expectation to be in territory 4 days a week.

Medical Device Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Grow sales, revenue, and market share in assigned territory.
  • Establish new sales through cold calling and visits to potential customer sites.
  • Offer a full range of products to new and existing customers.
  • Demonstrate products in hospitals and educate potential customers about features and benefits.
  • Maintain product knowledge and attend training sessions.
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreement.
