Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of quantitative and qualitative survey recruitment projects in order to maximize the number of completes delivered
  • Review new project specifications to understand complexity and provide Project Managers with guidance to ensure targeting is set up properly, survey topic is suitable and handle in-field project specification changes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project setup, execution and project closure based on the client approved specifications and timeline.
  • Strategically manage volume, interjecting on project communication, especially on projects not meeting feasibility requirements
  • Work closely with Project Management and Pre-Sales teams to ensure the success of projects in the field.
  • Provide timely feedback to Project Managers on escalated projects and advise on next steps to be taken
  • Proactively identify recruitment issues and provide suggestions to internal teams to resolve these issues.
  • Ensure project status information is updated on a regular basis, helping to maintain accurate project records and provide timely revenue forecasting updates.
  • Provide best in class client service to assigned clients, ensuring that their needs are being met
  • Work with internal teams to prepare cost analysis for finance and accounting to accurately close out and invoice projects.
  • Increase panel satisfaction, ensuring survey completers are accurately paid within specified timeframes and working closely with the customer support team to ensure that panel member inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-5 years market research experience including management of survey recruitment, online surveys
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of experience with traditional and digital market research techniques
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to multitask among many different projects at once
  • Excellent communication skills via email and phone to manage client expectations and clearly communicate project progression.
  • Ability to problem solve and think creatively to find solutions to recruitment issues.
  • Utilization of AI based tools to help find solutions to project issues or targeting questions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MSOffice (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) a must.
  • 2+ years of experience with MS-Excel and pivot table experience.
  • Google sheets and Google docs experience.
  • Bachelors in marketing, market research, statistics, technology or relevant majors.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative market research recruitment


Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in a client facing role and account management
  • Experience within healthcare
