Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and technical documentation for development teams.
  • Analyze existing systems and recommend appropriate software or system solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Document, review, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and system effectiveness.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and regular status updates.
  • Define test strategies and test plans; validate system functionality and ensure quality before deployment.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), assist with user training, and address user concerns during system transitions or enhancements.
  • Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights; develop and maintain reports and dashboards as required.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and gaps; ensure compliance with insurance regulations and organizational standards.
  • Assist in project planning and coordination, track deliverables, manage dependencies, and support production support activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience as a Business/System Analyst in Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Production Support environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
