Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer
Location: Remote (U.S. Only)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Job Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to support testing efforts across Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce business processes. Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications and workflows
  • Validate functionality within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
  • Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA reviews
  • Ensure overall system quality and data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in Salesforce environments
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and business processes
  • Experience in manual testing and QA methodologies
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to test automation (not mandatory)
  • Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Salesforce certifications
