Team Lead-Manual Testing

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Position Type: Fulltime

Rate: DOE $/yr.

Job Description

• 7 -8 years of manual testing with exposure to Automation tool

• Strong working knowledge in owning and certifying project from QA perspective.

• Should have knowledge and experience in Manual, Automation, Performance testing along with exposure to security testing etc.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in creating automation scripts

• Very well aware of test data parameterization

• Exposure to Test Data management

• Well versed with STLC Software test life cycle

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies

• Good Exposure to Testing in Agile Scrum Methodology

• Good team player with automation testing skills

• Knowledge on insurance domain

Experiencce Working with JIRA

It's good to have the following skill sets, these are optional:

  • Working knowledge of Selenium test automation
  • Knowledge on insurance domain
  • Knowledge of any scripting language
