Role Name - Guidewire Tester
ROLE_DESCRIPTION -
We are looking for a Guidewire Tester with strong functional testing experience on Guidewire PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter applications. The role involves end to end testing of Guidewire transactions, validation of business rules and integrations, and support of Agile delivery teams to ensure high quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing of Guidewire applications
• Test Guidewire transactions such as New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations, Reinstatements, FNOL, Claims lifecycle
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Validate Guidewire configurations, workflows, business rules, and UI screens
• Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA / ALM
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business analysts and developers
• Support UAT and release activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3-7 years of experience in QA / Manual Testing
• Strong hands on experience in Guidewire testing (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter)
• Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, ALM)
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Exposure to test automation (Selenium / Playwright)
• API testing using Postman
• Basic SQL knowledge
