If youre tired of dialing cold leads all day and want to build a real pipeline through relationships, read this. At the Aaron Ameduri Agency LLC, were building a different kind of insurance model one built on referrals, speed, and trust with mortgage lenders and real estate agents.

This is for someone who wants to plug into deal flow, not chase it.


What Youll Actually Be Doing:

  • Working directly with loan officers & realtors sending you live deals
  • Quoting home & auto FAST to help them close on time
  • Becoming their go-to insurance guy/gal
  • Bundling policies and maximizing each opportunity
  • Building a pipeline that compounds every month


Comp Plan:

  • $1,500/month base
  • 40-50% commission (uncapped)
  • Residual income on renewals
  • The more relationships you build, the more you make
