As an LCSW within our organization, your daily tasks will be both fulfilling and varied:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and create personalized treatment plans that align with established best practices.
• Utilize your skills in administering evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to cater to each client's specific mental health needs.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient records are compliant and securely handled.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver an integrated approach to mental health care, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.
• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving service quality and therapeutic effectiveness.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that can facilitate positive changes in their lives.
• Stay informed on the latest research developments in mental health and integrate this knowledge into your clinical practice, continuously adapting your approach to improve patient outcomes.

Your primary focus will be working with students in a school environment, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns. You will engage with clients from varying backgrounds, ensuring that all services provided are culturally competent and aimed at fostering social justice and ethical practice.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• A robust commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice in all aspects of your work.

• Experience working in a school setting or with adolescents preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation and patient care coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $78,000 to $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a range of benefits including:
