As a Remote LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and strengths.
• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to each client's unique challenges.
• Providing one-on-one psychotherapy sessions that address a wide array of mental health issues, ensuring sensitive and attentive care.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and case notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations, facilitating transparency and continuity of care.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and share insights on patient progress.
• Participating in case consultation meetings and regular peer reviews that promote continuous learning and improve therapy outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health concerns, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them towards informed decision-making.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health to enhance clinical practice and service delivery.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, each presenting various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. The flexibility of remote care allows you to make a significant positive impact on clients' lives, regardless of their location.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically focusing on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in utilizing solution-focused therapies and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective client interactions.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills that contribute to successful treatment outcomes.
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting while also managing individual caseload responsibilities effectively.

• Experience working in a remote therapeutic environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation.
• Specialized training or certification in various therapeutic modalities.

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, we offer:
