Mind Nurturing Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide exceptional care for our clients in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will hold a current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for clients coping with acute or chronic mental health challenges, ensuring alignment with best practice standards.
  • Conduct outpatient psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups tailored to meet specific client needs, addressing areas such as anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
  • Provide thorough guidance and support to clients and their families, educating them about treatment modalities, adhering to therapeutic regimens, and promoting adherence to prescribed medications.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress, treatment outcomes, and associated documentation in compliance with state and NCQA regulations.
  • Utilize resources from public and private agencies to fulfill client needs, making appropriate referrals for additional services when required.
  • Prepare intake summaries and case summaries, presenting these during departmental conferences to promote collaborative treatment planning and evaluation.
  • Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows and Associate level staff as required, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
  • Participate in departmental program development and contribute to new initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall quality of mental health services.
  • Address safety concerns in accordance with mandated reporting requirements to ensure client and community well-being.
