As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.
• Delivering individual psychotherapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to effectively address various mental health concerns.
• Maintaining precise clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices, ensuring patient confidentiality and the integrity of records.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that each patient receives comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to their individual circumstances.
