• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate the strengths and needs of clients, ensuring tailor-made therapeutic aims.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients navigate their mental health journeys.
• Collaborate with medical and psychiatric professionals to create and implement integrated care strategies that prioritize clients' overall well-being.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and support services while ensuring their rights are respected and upheld.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within electronic health record systems to ensure continuity of care.

Your primary focus will revolve around individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including those negotiating substance use issues and seeking detox services. • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory for this role.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
