• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for clients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Engage with clients regularly to evaluate their progress, adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Implement culturally sensitive and evidence-based interventions, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities to best serve our client base.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, participating in team meetings and case reviews to discuss client progress and strategies.

You will engage with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. • A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with a Master's Degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice.

• Experience in providing therapy to diverse, multicultural populations, with a strong understanding of culturally competent care.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy delivery.
• Previous work in community-based mental health settings is highly advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a lucrative compensation package, our organization provides:
