We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team at Home Hope & Healing, Ltd. In this role, you will primarily conduct virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients based in Santa Rosa, California, and surrounding areas.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to assess their emotional and psychological needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique concerns, ensuring effective support throughout the therapeutic process.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, utilizing feedback to adjust therapeutic interventions and strategies as necessary.
• Provide guidance on coping mechanisms, stress management, and mental health resources, promoting overall well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system to comply with applicable regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional training and supervision to stay current on the latest therapeutic approaches and effectiveness.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid LMFT license to practice in the state of California.
• Strong foundation in clinical therapy techniques and the ability to develop effective treatment interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• At least two years of relevant experience in clinical therapy, including familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, or emotion-focused therapy.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and a comfort level in navigating virtual therapy sessions. Previous experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies that enhance patient care.

Home Hope & Healing, Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging between $110,000 and $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
