• Conduct telehealth psychotherapy sessions to effectively address a wide range of emotional, mental, and behavioral issues faced by clients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and stability.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client information.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to assist clients in managing behavioral challenges and achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Skillfully tailor therapy sessions to meet the individual needs of clients, employing various therapeutic modalities and approaches.
• Continuously assess and evaluate client progress while adjusting treatment plans as necessary to drive effective outcomes.

As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our clients seek support for conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• An active state licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of three years of related professional experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience in providing therapy in a telehealth setting is preferred.
