Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral issues.
• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, skillfully navigating sensitive situations to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and the highest standards of client confidentiality.
• Implement behavior analysis techniques to assist clients dealing with specific behavioral challenges, adapting interventions based on individual needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and conduct ongoing assessments to track client progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will serve a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health conditions, ranging from anxiety and depression to grief and trauma. You will engage with clients from different backgrounds and age groups, including adolescents and adults, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their unique experiences and perspectives. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• An active State License as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Previous exposure or experience in group therapy will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Finding New Hope Counseling offers a competitive compensation package, with a yearly salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000. In addition to attractive compensation, we provide:
